1. Objective
This document provides a complete procedure for:
- Creating users
- Deleting users
- Disabling users
- Creating groups
- Assigning permissions
- Enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Resetting passwords
- Applying security policies
- Auditing user activities
2. Administrator Login
Step 1
Open the browser.

Step 2
Select Log in.
Step 3
Enter administrator credentials.
Username:

4. User Creation (GUI Method)
Step 1
Open:
Settings

Select New Account.
Step 3
Enter the following details:

6. Creating Groups
Navigate to:
Settings

Create groups such as:
- Admins
- HR
- Finance
- Operations
- Support
7. Assigning Users to Groups
Navigate to:

Assign the appropriate group.

8. Disable User Access

12. Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Enable the following modules:
14. User TOTP Registration
Step 1
Open:
Settings

Step 2
Select Set up TOTP.
Step 3
A QR code will appear.
Step 4
Open one of the following applications:
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Google Authenticator
- Authy
Step 5
Scan the QR code.
Step 6
Enter the generated code.
Now you Successfully login .
This is first time setup After then when user login their username password its show a TOTP screen like below .
- Enter your Athenticator app code and then login
